Description
Meet at the Old Port of Saint Raphaël on the Méditer'apnée, our boat based in front of the Tourist Office.You will embark for about 3 hours of discoveries.
Discovery of a site, the Esterel Sea side, discovery of breathing and relaxation techniques & discovery of the marine environment with its very rich ecosystem in complete safety!
The equipment is provided (fins, mask, snorkel, wetsuit and lead belt).
A qualified instructor will take care of you.You will have access to showers and toilets at the end of the trip.The boat is shaded, but take some protection!
On request, it will be possible to take pictures.
