From the beach of Les Issambres, come and participate in a yoga session in the heart of nature.
The term Vinyasa literally means synchronisation of movement with the breath. Vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing practice of asana sequences linked together by breath and intention, derived from Ashtanga Yoga.
The yoga class usually includes :
- a warm-up
- sun salutations
- a sequence of lying and sitting postures
- a final relaxation
The breathing is central to the sequence of postures.
Unlike "traditional" yoga, the emphasis is not on strengthening the muscles but on stretching them and making the joints and connective tissue more flexible.
