- Arrival at the diving school
- Distribution of equipment and board
- Departure by boat to the site
- Arrival on the site and explanation of the equipment and proceedings of the session
- Reminder on tuba breathing and swimming
- Launching by groups of 3 people minimum with an instructor
- Surface stroll to discover the underwater fauna and flora
- Contraindication : none, except pregnancy
