Endurance sport, Nordic walking is an excellent choice to get back in shape and keep it.
It is aimed at women and men, children, athletes and sedentary people who want to take charge of their health and get into sport.
Whatever your age, your phisical condition and your health, there is a suitable formula.
It is up to everyone to approach Nordic walking as they think, depending on their goals and physical abilities.

2h of session :
- Every session of warm-up can be practised in a different place, it is attainable to every level.
- 30 minutes of, we take time to warm up to prepare our body to a phisical activity
- 1 hour of Nordic walk (including 15 minutes of muscle strengthening and / or proprioception), during the walk we will stop to observe animal tracks and / or explanations on certain medicinal or edible plants.
- 30 minutes of stretching, here we are not talking about flexibility, the stretching is used to speed up recovery, speed up drainage, and put your muscles back in place.
