Here is some additional information on the course of this Nordic walking trip.
After having equipped everyone with poles and having checked all your equipment, we will set off to discover the magnificent trails of the Estérel. This Nordic walking will be punctuated by the variety of trails offered by the Estérel's Massif , but also by breaks to contemplate the landscape, photograph it, make it your own, whatever the season.
Each session will end with a few stretches. Julie will be there not only to guide you on the trails; I will also be very happy to answer any questions you have about the Estérel.
