Meet at the diving centre located on Quai Nomy, in the old port of Saint-Raphaël

Participants' equipment (wetsuit, mask, snorkel and fins)

Boarding our catamaran, to learn about freediving near the islands of Saint-Raphaël

All the activity is led by a state-certified trainer
