We will go for an unusual hike in the heart of the Esterel !
Thibaud, mountain guide, will introduce you to the edible and medicinal plants of our beautiful Estérel Massif.
He will give you all his tips for recognizing and using them, he will also send you his recipes to best consume these plants, or to make balms.
The idea of this hike is to have a friendly and pleasant moment while learning !
This activity does not require a particular level, however you will have to walk at least 5km on paths.The mask is not mandatory during the activity, but it is recommended to have it with you, if needed.
