Important information

You agree to read and accept the health measures put in place to fight against the spread of COVID-19 in our office, on boarding docks and on board of our boats:

• Wearing a mask is compulsory on board from 11 years old as soon as the rules of physical distancing cannot be guaranteed
• Provision of hydroalcoholic gel on board
• The catamarans are fully disinfected every day after every trip at sea
• Respect for social distancing on board
• Any passenger showing symptoms of infection linked to COVID-19 before boarding, should not board. Passengers must contact AMC Cape Grace by phone to inform them of their absence from boarding. For any reimbursement request, the passenger must provide a medical certificate from a doctor attesting to their covid-19 symptoms. Otherwise, reimbursement cannot be made.

Other information

• Tickets are valid for a specific date.
• Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the Customer, for whatever reason, no refund will be authorized. On the other hand, in the event of cancellation of a sea trip by AMC Cape Grace (weather conditions, technical problem, insufficient attendance or other reason), the cruise will either be postponed to another date or refunded in full.
• AMC Cape Grace grants the customer the possibility of postponing his cruise to a later date but only in the current season and within the limit of places and available cruises. However, the Customer cannot exchange his actual cruise for another cruise. Date postponements are only possible if the Customer informs AMC Cape Grace by phone or by email at least 72 hours before the cruise departure for which he has purchased his ticket. No reservation can be changed less than 72 hours before boarding.
• Passengers boarding is 10 minutes before the ship's departure time. In the event of a no-show at boarding or in the event of delay, for whatever reason, tickets will not be refunded.
• All outings are confirmed from a minimum of forty participants (ie 50% of the boat's capacity). In case of insufficient attendance, AMC Cape Grace can take the decision to cancel a sea trip at any time or to postpone the sea trip to another date. The Customer will be offered a choice of either a new sea trip date or a full refund.
• Any lost or stolen ticket cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• AMC Cape Grace has the right to unexpectedly modify the schedules of sea trips, the duration of the cruises or their itinerary (weather conditions, technical problem, insufficient attendance).
• Passengers must keep their electronic ticket in order to be able to present it for any control.
• AMC Cape Grace allows its customers to bring food and drink on board catamarans during sea trips.
• The company AMC Cape Grace can modify the meals served on board depending on supply.
• People with reduced mobility are welcome on board, but we do not have standard access on all boats. Please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
• Pregnant women and babies are welcome on board, except against medical advice. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents.
• Pets are not allowed on board.• In general, shoes are not allowed on board.
• AMC Cape Grace is not responsible for cash, jewelry and other items carried by passengers, their theft, loss or deterioration due for example to the natural movements of the boat, sea conditions or other.
• Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Strollers can be taken on board.
