Important information

• Tickets are valid for a specific date. Tickets are non-refundable. In case of cancellation by the Customer, whatever the reason, no refund will be authorized. However, if AMC Cape Grace cancels an outing (due to weather conditions, technical problems, insufficient numbers or other reasons), the outing will either be rescheduled or refunded in full to the client. AMC Cape Grace grants the client the possibility of rescheduling the cruise to a later date, but within the current season and within the limits of the available places and cruises. However, the client cannot exchange the cruise for another service. Rescheduling is only possible if the Client informs the provider by phone or email at least 72 hours before the cruise for which he/she purchased the ticket. No reservation can be modified less than 72 hours before boarding. The boarding of passengers is done 10 minutes before the departure time of the ship. In case of no-show at boarding or in case of delay, whatever the reason, tickets will not be refunded. All outings are confirmed from a minimum of 40 participants (i.e. 50% of the boat's capacity). In case of insufficient numbers, AMC Cape Grace reserves the right to cancel at any time an outing or to postpone it to another date. The client will be offered either a new date for the trip or a full refund.Lost or stolen tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. AMC Cape Grace reserves the right to unexpectedly modify the schedule of the sea trips, the duration of the services or their itinerary (weather conditions, technical problems, insufficient number of passengers). Passengers must keep their electronic ticket in order to be able to present it at any control. In all cases, they agree to abide by the rules established by the captain and his crew on board the vessels. AMC Cape Grace authorizes its clients to bring food and drink on board the catamarans during the sea trips. AMC Cape Grace reserves the right to modify/vary the meals served on board depending on the supply. People with reduced mobility are welcome on board, but we do not have standard access on all boats. Please inform us in advance when making your reservation. Pregnant women and babies are welcome on board, unless otherwise advised by a doctor. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children are under the full responsibility of their parents. Pets are not allowed on board. Shoes are not allowed on board. AMC Cape Grace is not responsible for cash, jewelry and other items carried by passengers, nor for their theft, loss or damage due to natural movements of the ship, sea conditions or other. Bicycles are not allowed on board. Strollers may be taken on board.
