9.30am: Departure from the port of Saint-Raphaël to the 3 Capes
11:30 am: Anchorage , swimming break, aperitif served 1 hour before the meal
12.30 pm : Lunch on board with buffet menu
2.30 pm : Stroll towards the bay of Pampelonne with anchorage, swimming break and sweet snacks served in the afternoon
