A workshop for those who have always wanted to make their own wine!
After a presentation of the domain and having refined your palate through our different beverages, you will try to make the blend that the winemaker of the domain will propose to you for tasting. Blending is the art of making a wine from different grape varieties. And as there are many of them, the possible combinations are numerous. Armed with your tasting sheet, your tube and your glasses, make a blend that resembles the one of the master of the house. 5% Grenache? 10%? 30% Cinsault? Blend, taste and validate! The team that comes closest to the owner's blend will leave with a magnum! Step into the shoes of an oenologist for a morning in one of the most beautiful domains of Cogolin at the Domaine du Val d'Astier held by the Seignez family.
We will guide you step by step in this workshop which does not require any particular knowledge just the desire to learn more and to spend a good time with friends or colleagues.
