Description
The Water Walk session will allow you to burn calories while enjoying the seaside. A friendly atmosphere and a good mood are guaranteed.
The movements will be done with water below chest level for a "Cardio" type workout and we will end the session with Aqua Fitness exercises to tone all the muscles of your body.
