Description
Without any doubt we can consider this canyon as one of the most beautiful canyons of the Alpes Maritimes, a stone's throw from the Verdon. There are jumps, natural slides, abseils and swimming in turquoise blue water. With its dizzying walls of the Verdon, the canyon takes place in an exceptional setting that will take your breath away. It is located 50km from Nice and Castellane.
After a 10-minute approach walk downhill through a shady forest, you enter the Riolan canyon, which begins with a gentle water ride down. Then your guide will equip you with a harness, helmet and neoprene suit to start the real canyon. Jumps and an introduction to abseiling begin, followed by a refreshing mountain spring. Then the slides, jumps and abseils follow one another without interruption for 2 hours in the middle of a 100 meter high cliff. Then comes the lunch break in a place in the middle of the mountains at the edge of the canyon to regain your strength. Whether you are with family or friends, this canyon is a pearl of adventure.
